    Because Chris wanted his site’s real estate property search to only contain residential properties in specific towns in the Lakeland area, we had to determine how to narrow down the IDX data to meet his needs. We developed code that automatically extracts data from the .zip archive daily and transforms it using MySQL Server data transformation services (DTS). The transformed text files are then imported into our custom-built Structured Query Language SQL database.

    We also worked with Chris to develop a clean, easy-to-use site that reflects his high level of professionalism. In addition, we approached the design of his site convinced that it needed to be a step above the crowded, un-intuitive site designs so commonly found in the real estate profession.

    In keeping with this approach, we massaged Chris’s existing text to reflect his friendly personality, and reworked his resource sections to give his prospective clients specific information that will genuinely help them buy or sell a home, or move to Northern Wisconsin.
